The verrucae planae juveniles affects the skin on face, arms and hands   The flat warts or also known as verracue planae juveniles, are another type of the skin warts. By nature, flat warts are non-malignant epidermis tumors. Usually this type of warts is occurring in children. Flat warts are about the size of a pinhead.
